The Center for Faith & Work (CFW) is the cultural renewal arm of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in NYC, the home congregation of pastor and bestselling author Tim Keller.

“We exist to foster, shepherd, and empower the church as it is scattered, not the church as it is gathered. That is to say, our focus is with the church body as it lives and works out in the world, beyond the walls of any one place of worship.” explains the CFW website about their mission and vision.

The Expectations Project founder and President, Nicole Baker Fulgham spoke at CFW last week. Watch a video of that conversation below where she addresses a challenge and an opportunity: the American education system is shockingly unequal but Christians recognize the abilities that God has given to every child.
